WHY POLE?
Why Not Pole? How many aerobics classes can match what Pole Dancing can provide? Not many! The work out is incredibly fun! Not only does it get your blood pumping, it works your shoulders, arms, back, legs and abdomen muscles. This type of dance is a lot more strenuous than it looks. A good session on the pole can burn more calories than a good session at the gym (promise!). Expect to burn between 250-400 calories per session. Above all you are building renewed confidence while having fun and being sexy in a whole new way!
